We’re currently searching for hungry, moldable individuals to launch our Inside Sales team. Use your experience and interpersonal communication skills to develop media advertising campaigns for small to mid-sized businesses.

As A Successful Inside Sales/Marketing Consultant you’ll need:

  • Prior success with persist telephone cold calling making a large volume of phone calls each day
  • Strong, persuasive phone and active listening skills
  • Money motivated competitive personality with a proven track record as a top performer
  • To be computer literate, tech savvy and possess strong presentation skills
  • The ability to ask for the sale and get them
  • An excellent work ethic, persistence and determination
  • Professional verbal and written presentation and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiasm to build relationships with businesses
  • The ability to prospect and continually develop a pipeline of new customers
  • A creative mindset to develop effective, unique advertising campaigns
  • CRM experience or willingness and ability to learn
  • 2 years minimum experience in successful B2B sales, marketing or advertising sales
  • An understanding of and remain current on the digital advertising industry and emerging trends

You will report daily to our corporate office in Kearney, MO. Activities consist of calling on businesses to present and sell advertising programs including: custom SEO, targeted mobile advertising, review generation, reputation management, listings management, websites, mobile marketing, and video. The candidates joining our team will be up-selling existing accounts, converting revenue from print to digital and developing new business. We have an impressive renewal rate and need qualified candidates to help service these accounts! You retain your accounts allowing you to develop relationships and capture additional sales opportunities.
